Apple preparing the Zune Killer?

Think Secret have found an Apple document that mentions this directly, and suggests the new device will ship by the end of 1st Quarter 2007.
Then there is this new video talking abou Apple patents and other rumours;
So we could be in for a great battle between Microsoft with the Zune and Apple with their touch screen iPod. Stay tuned.
