Telstra screwing customers again.
By Mathew | February 22nd, 2007 | Category: News | No Comments »Reports are filtering in about Telstra’s descision to force some customers to move from their Homeline Budget product ($19.95) to the more expsensive Homeline Complete product at $26.95 a month.
Sadly, the Governments descision not to split Telstra into a wholesale business separate from the retail business means it will continue to screw customers who choose competitors products and services; In this case, customers of Bigpond broadband can use the cheaper line rental, but those on competitors infrastructure cannot.
Its about time Telstra stopped trying to prop up profits with these sorts of measures, and instead actually rolled out services that its customers want.
