The theory is that the people writing the malicious code are specifically targeting the top packages and making their sneaky products more adept at getting around them.
Next time you are speaking to one of our technicians, get them to tell about our recommended anti virus package, and why it continues to trump the big names.
Most crackers I know, just write a simple script to disable or remove the more well known anti viruses out there before they infect the user.
