Undeniably the aspect of our “relationship” that has been of most value is that Shift Computer Solutions came to my home and installed the new system. After a problem, they happily came again to my home and tried to solve the issue. Unable to do this, after taking the computer back to their place or work, they happily returned the computer and re-installed it for me. This after sales service is most valuable and much appreciated.
