Just like to send a note to inform you what a asset to your company Glynn is. We are always impressed with his promptness, eagerness to help and professional service. When Glynn fixes it it’s fixed. On Wednesday he was again very helpful, even moving and setting up Jan’s computer which wasn’t necessary.

Please pass on my thanks to Daniel for doing the service on both of my computers today. He has set my Eee PC up in such a way now that anything that is downloaded will not impact on the allowable disk space. Once again the work that has been done gives me the confidence to travel knowing that I should always have proper access to e-mail and the Internet should we have reason to access it.

I would like to take this opportunity to praise the team at Shift Computer Solutions. After my initial description of what I thought and wanted in a computer and what Shift Computer Solutions suggested, they built me a well priced system that has more than exceeded my needs and expectations.

Undeniably the aspect of our “relationship” that has been of most value is that Shift Computer Solutions came to my home and installed the new system. After a problem, they happily came again to my home and tried to solve the issue. Unable to do this, after taking the computer back to their place or work, they happily returned the computer and re-installed it for me. This after sales service is most valuable and much appreciated.

I do not hesitate to recommend Shift Computer Solutions to anyone.

Sadly customer service seems to be something of the past, but I would like to thank you for the good service that you provide you listen to the problem or what I would like to have done and then talk to me about in a way that I understand and the best way to go about it.
